Disney World – Day 1 – Magic Kingdom (2/26/22)

6:30 am wakeup call!

With an 8:00 am breakfast reservation at Cinderella’s Royal Table we had to get on the bus as early as we could

Even though the park didn’t open until 9:00 we got to go in over an hour early!

A quick photo with Roy Disney and Minnie Mouse

Then we were on our way to Cinderella’s castle

Right when we walked in the girls were very surprised and star-struck to see the real Cinderella!

Her castle was very nice

They made us feel like royalty

This was the moment they made an annoucement over the intercom to grab your wishing star and make a wish

What a great way to start the day!

There were princesses all over the place, like Belle

And the girls got to meet Lumiere

They made a strong effort but couldn’t get the sword out of the stone

More princesses! Tiana and Rapunzel

One of their favorites was the Winnie the Pooh ride

And the Dumbo ride

Then outside the ride we saw Chip and Dale

Aladdin’s Magic Carpet ride

Captain Jack Sparrow!

Evie locked up in the stockade

Taking it back to the old school, the Tiki Room!

A parade just showed up out of nowhere

Then it was time for our dinner reservation at Be Our Guest in the Beast’s castle!

We got to have our meal in the famous ballroom from the movie

The Beast himself even came by to say hello

The girls got to paint their dessert, which included a little white chocolate tea cup

Everything was amazing!

We had to leave dinner when we heard the fireworks starting outside

Thanks for having us in your castle Chip!

Even though it was 8:45 pm at this point the girls wanted to squeeze in a couple more rides, so they got to ride It’s a Small World for the second time

Then the carousel again

And we got a few cool photos on our way out of the park

The girls got “photo-bombed” by this guy haha

But luckily the photographer got another photo in without him

10:00 pm and finally back at the hotel

Over 13 hours in the park on their first day, no meltdowns by kids or grownups, one of the most fun days ever, they were totally spent

A very productive day, the crowd was pretty light and we were able to fit in a ton of stuff

And our T-shirts for the day were Princesses and Princess security
