She’s getting bigger but Evie is still Momma’s little baby
Random Saturday morning fun, a trip to Ambrosia Bakery
Then over to Leeward Drive park near Highland/Lee, we wanted to check it out
Then we got really crazy, driving all the way to Gonzales for this fair at the Lamar Dixon Expo Center
They had a great petting zoo
And Ollie got her face painted like Wonder Woman
Evie enjoyed her sugary drink and her little Elmo face paint
Then they were full of energy!
Everybody had a great time, these fairs are always fun
The next day Ollie got to go to Mary’s birthday party to hang out with Charlotte and Bailey and Roy. They all got to make a painting.
Ollie was still sporting her Wonder Woman face paint
Evie was too little and had to stay home with Daddy during the party
Mommy and Ollie stopped at this cool place on their way home
Then they used the skills she learned from the carwash to help Evie wash Daddy’s truck too
The sisters riding together
Then on Friday morning Evie got to go to the “donut store” as they call it
And the girls got a nice surprise when Honey and Grandpa came to town to see them
We went to George’s since they have a playground
Governor Edwards announced that day (3/13/20) that due to the Covid-19 virus schools would be closed until 4/13/20, and recommended that everybody work from home for the next 2 weeks. The craziness has begun!
On Saturday the girls had some company over to play, Ernie and Jack!
They all painted the fence together
And played on the swing
Had a little lunch
And then we took a long walk around the neighborhood
Luckily this wore them out pretty good. But we had no idea they would the last people to come over and visit for a long time…
Sunday was nice and warm outside, so we had a little pool party
A fun Sunday, but the next day would officially begin the Covid-19 Quarantine…
