Fall is in full swing now…

Honey and Grandpa came to town and brought Ollie a new chair, which has been refinished since it was originally in her great-great-grandfather Dr. Burt’s office 60 years ago

The next day we were off to Lafayette

It was the day of the big LSU/Florida game so that means we needed to stop for boudin at M&S grocery

Then it was off to Cody and Ashlyn’s for Blake’s 2nd birthday party

The girls love visiting their cousins

And Evie got to pick up this work of art from her Nemo

Ollie was singing the alphabet while she wrote this, looks pretty good!

Then it was time for the party, they had lots of fun stuff in the garage, like this car ramp

And a fun jump!

Wipeout!

The next weekend the girls got to go meet Santa and Mrs. Claus at “Holly Days” in the River Center

They had so much fun having girl time with Mommy, Nanny & Gran

Ollie got a balloon Santa hat

And Niki helped Evie walk around

They had lots of fun activities for the girls, they had a great time

The following week Daddy got to go on a work trip to Washington DC, which of course meant visiting the steps from The Exorcist, spooky!

And seeing the actual Unabomber’s cabin, in the FBI crimes section of the Newseum

And it wouldn’t be October without a visit to this Elizabeth Bathory themed bar, complete with bloody bathtub

At daycare that Friday it was time for the annual Fall Fest

Gran even got Ollie a pink cupcake, which is the best kind of cupcake of course

We went to the St. Aloysius Fall Fair again this year and it was a lot of fun, especially the helicopter ride

Went to daycare to pick up my sweet angel, and found this street-tough little gal instead
